1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to any person using the pp6 platform (pp6.mom). By accessing the platform, registering an account, or playing any game, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using pp6 services immediately. pp6 may amend these Terms with prior notice, and continued use after any amendment will be taken as acceptance of the changes.

1.1 Purpose of Service

pp6 is a platform providing football betting, Live Casino, Slots, Crash games, and lottery services for Myanmar players. pp6 aims to keep these services running normally, except during periods of force majeure or health emergencies.

1.2 Language

Burmese is the primary language used for communications between the platform and its users. The 24/7 Live Chat service is available in Burmese.

2. Account Registration and Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21+ to use pp6 services. Accounts will not be opened for anyone under 21, and any such account found will be closed immediately with funds forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each player may register only one account at pp6. If members of the same household share a computer or network, prior notice and approval are required. Duplicate accounts found during checks will be closed and any bonuses will be voided.

2.3 Accurate Information Required

You must provide accurate personal details when registering. pp6 is not responsible for any losses resulting from incorrect information. The platform may request verification documents at any time, and players must submit them promptly.

2.4 Account Security

Players are responsible for keeping their own login details secure. Sharing login credentials or allowing a third party to access your account is strictly prohibited. Players are fully responsible for all activity carried out on their account.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Payment Methods

pp6 currently supports the following payment methods —

• CB Pay

3.2 Minimum Deposit / Withdrawal Amounts

• Minimum deposit — 10,000 Ks via any method
• Minimum withdrawal — 30,000 Ks

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

After a request is approved, withdrawals are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Large withdrawals or verification procedures may take longer.

3.4 Withdrawal Verification

pp6 may hold a withdrawal request and review the player's account and betting history. Carrying out identity checks to prevent money laundering is standard platform policy and complies with applicable regulations.

3.5 Currency

Deposits and withdrawals on the platform are in Myanmar Kyat (Ks / MMK) only. Players are responsible for any differences arising from exchange rate variations.

4. Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus up to 100,000 Ks is available on your first deposit. To withdraw bonus winnings, the wagering requirement (bonus amount × 25) must be met.

Example —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 20,000 Ks → Total Balance 40,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks
• Deposit 220,000 Ks → Bonus 100,000 Ks (maximum) → Total Balance 320,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 100,000 Ks × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks

4.2 VIP Program

pp6 has 3 VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rates for each tier are —

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP tier upgrades are based on betting history and activity. pp6 may adjust VIP tier maintenance requirements in line with policy changes.

4.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Each bonus can only be claimed once
• Claiming bonuses via VPN is prohibited
• Bonus terms may be amended at pp6's discretion
• If you withdraw after claiming a bonus, the withdrawal will only be processed once the wagering requirement has been met

5. Gameplay Policy and Prohibited Actions

5.1 Prohibited Activities

Players must ensure they do not engage in the following activities —

• Using duplicate accounts created to repeatedly claim bonuses
• Threatening the platform through hacking or IT exploitation
• Proxy betting on behalf of a third party
• Claiming a bonus with the sole intention of cashing out
• Making fraudulent payments

If any of these are found, bonuses and winnings will be forfeited and the account will be closed.

5.2 Bet Request Limits

pp6 may place betting limits on any player and may review requests to verify they comply with our policies. Such reviews are a standard part of our service and are not directed against the player.

5.3 Technical Errors

Bets and bonuses affected by server errors, network interruptions, or software bugs may be voided at pp6's discretion. Results that were incorrectly settled due to an error will be corrected back to their original state.

6. Account Closure and Suspension

6.1 Closure by pp6

pp6 may close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons —

• A breach of these terms is found
• Incorrect information was provided at the time of account registration
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age
• Threatening behavior or direct misconduct toward the platform

6.2 Closure by the Player

A player may request to suspend or close their own account at any time through 24/7 Live Chat. Self-Exclusion requests related to responsible gaming will be handled in accordance with pp6's Responsible Gaming policy.

6.3 Remaining Balance at Closure

Any balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned only after it has been verified as funds from legitimate gameplay, not bonuses. Players should be aware that this process may take some time.

7. Personal Data and Security

pp6 protects players' personal data using SSL encryption and manages it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Players' personal data will not be sold to third parties without disclosure.

7.1 Data Collection

Access logs, gameplay data, and transaction records may be stored to keep player interactions transparent and to improve our service.

8. Limitation of Liability

pp6 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's gameplay losses, bonus cancellations, access restrictions, or actions carried out by third parties.

Downtime may occur due to platform errors or server outages, and pp6 cannot guarantee compensation for any losses that occur during such periods.

9. Legal Matters

Any dispute arising between these terms and a player will first be addressed through a negotiation process. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be handled under pp6's applicable laws and jurisdiction.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
